There’s going to be a lot of turnover on New York’s Broadway stages coming up as several shows are closing. Of course closings also mean new openings, here is a list of some new shows coming soon to Broadway:

With words and music by Bono & The Edge of U2, Spiderman is going to be an interesting Broadway musical. I for one am curious just how they’re going to set the story to music. I assume it will be the story of how Spiderman came to be when Peter Parker was bitten by a radio-active spider. No word on if the classic Spiderman Theme Song from the old cartoon will be used but personally I think it deserves a spot in the Broadway show! That song is a classic among casual and die-hard Spiderman fans!

Following the success of Disney shows which have come to Broadway, Spiderman the Musical is trying to appeal to families with younger children while also offering something for adults who might be interested in seeing a different take on something they’ll remember from their own childhood.
