Place your order for Super Bowl LI today!

With an exciting Super Bowl 50 now in the history books, it’s time to look ahead to Super Bowl LI in Houston, Texas.

This will be the second time that NRG Stadium (formerly Reliant Stadium) plays host to a Super Bowl. The last was Super Bowl XXXVIII between the New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers, that came down to very end and a field goal that won the game for New England. It was also the year of the infamous malfunction of Janet Jackson’s wardrobe during the halftime show.

NRG Stadium is one of the best stadiums in the country for football. Its location is also convenient to any team that makes it to the big game, as it’s located in the central part of the United States. Flights are also easy in and out as Houston is a major hub for the airline industry.

As in past years we expect prices to rise, once the season starts and teams start jockeying for playoff position. So now is the right time to order and guarantee you get the right tickets at the right price.

Andy Dalton and the Bengals travel to Baltimore to face off with Joe Flacco and the Ravens!

Andy Dalton and the Bengals travel to Baltimore to face off with Joe Flacco and the Ravens!

In a week of massive upset, I did better than most, finishing 8-8, putting me at 20-12 on the young season.  Week 3 features some pivotal early season match ups, as teams try to pull ahead early, and not fall behind as well!  Tickets are available for all NFL games, right at SelectATicket so make sure you don’t miss one of these exciting match ups, and we can be sure to find you the right tickets at the right price!

Washington Redskins at New York Giants

The Redskins pulled of a massive upset in week 2, beating the Rams at home, and no one saw it coming.  The Giants had victory within reach again, but for the second straight week, fell apart late and lost to the Falcons.  I expect an inspired performance from the Giants in front of a Thursday Night crowd, as the Giants continue to the have Kirk Cousins and the Redskins number.

Giants 24 Redskins 16

Redskins at Giants Tickets

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens

The Bengals beat a playoff hopefully in the San Diego Chargers, despite Jeremy Hill practically fumbling the game away.  The fact they were able to beat a good team despite these mistakes tells me a lot about this team.  The Ravens were upset by the Raiders, as their usually physical and stout defense were torched by Derek Carr.  This game comes down to playmakers, and the Bengals have way more on both sides of the ball.

Bengals 27 Ravens 23

Bengals at Ravens Tickets

San Diego Chargers at Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings came away with their first victory of the year, beating the Lions at home behind a bend but don’t break defense and an efficient performance from Teddy Bridgewater.  The Chargers came up short of victory against the Bengals after sloppy play on both sides of the ball.  I’m not liking what I’m seeing from the Vikings defense, and I expect a bounce back came from Keenan Allen and Philip Rivers

Chargers 19 Vikings 17

Chargers at Vikings Tickets

Oakland Raiders at Cleveland Browns

Your team gets it’s first win of the year behind second year quarterback Johnny Manziel…and you bench him for this week’s game.  Inexcusable from Mike Pettine who now gives the ball to journeyman quarterback Josh McCown.  The Raiders and Derek Carr pulled off a massive upset after injury concerns, and I think they will here as well.  McCown doesn’t have the ability like Manziel does, and that will show here.

Raiders 30 Browns 20

Raiders at Browns Tickets

Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

The Falcons pulled of a comeback victory against the Giants, behind a big day from Julio Jones.  They head to Dallas, where injuries have begun to derail the Cowboys.  First Dez Bryant to a foot injury, and now Tony Romo to a broken collar bone.  Call me crazy, but I like the upset.  The Falcons are riding high, and the Cowboys will play with a chip on their shoulder.  Give me the home team in the upset.

Cowboys 22 Falcons 19

Falcons at Cowboys Tickets

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans

Jameis Winston lead his team to his first NFL victory over the Saints, playing safe, controlled football, while making the throws you expect from a potential franchise quarterback.  The Texans have looked dead in the water on offense, with no ability to run the ball and shakey quarterback play.  Home cooking is what the Texans need and it’s what they’ll get.  Big game from JJ Watt and Jadeveon Clowney, as they force Winston into some poor decisions.

Texans 31 Buccaneers 17

Buccaneers at Texans Tickets

Philadelphia Eagles at New York Jets

10 turnovers from your defense in the first two games of the season is a great way to build confidence, especially when your team only had 13 all of last season.  After forcing 5 turnovers against the Colts, the Jets now face and Eagles offense that can’t do anything right.  The Eagles couldn’t move the ball against Dallas in any way, and their defense hasn’t been great either.  This has trap game written all over it for the Jets, but I think they edge out an ugly one.

Jets 13 Eagles 10

Eagles at Jets Tickets

Pittsburgh Steelers at St. Louis Rams

The Steelers offense looked like a well oiled machine in the victory over the 49ers, and this is before the return of Martavis Bryant and Leveon Bell who returns this week.  They face a Rams team coming off a major let down against the Redskins.  The Steelers are going to put up points, and the Rams are going to have to be able to keep up, and I don’t think Nick Foles can.  Big games from Big Ben and Antonio Brown again, but Bell will remind people why he is the best in the league at his position.

Steelers 34 Rams 20

Steelers at Rams Tickets

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

The Saints are a mess right now, and they were before the injury to Drew Brees.  Now, with questions around his shoulder and the severity of the injury, many ask just how bad might the Saints be.  This game will tell us a lot.  The Panthers defense is stout, and physical, and Cam Newton has reached the point in his career where he makes his teammates better.  Bad news for New Orleans.

Panthers 23 Saints 18

Saints at Panthers Tickets

Indianapolis Colts at Tennessee Titans

Andrew Luck and the Colts have not looked like an AFC contender.  Sloppy play against to AFC East teams has lead the team to an 0-2 start.  Thankfully, they now face a Titans team that does not feature a dominant defense or strong pass rush.  The Titans and Marcus Mariota came back down to Earth in week 2, and I expect that fall to continue here, as the Colts come out angry and force the ball into Mariota’s hands.

Colts 33 Titans 17

Colts at Titans Tickets

Jacksonville Jaguars at New England Patriots

Blake Bortles played the best game of his career in the first half against the Dolphins on Sunday as the Jaguars got their first win.  He struggled mightily in the second half, but didn’t make the back breaking mistake most expect from him.  Now he’s facing a different animal in the Patriots in Foxboro.  Belichick is great at creating pressure via design, and that’s when Bortles struggles.  Gronk and Brady continue to light it up.

Patriots 29 Jaguars 13

Jaguars at Patriots Tickets

San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals just might be the best team in the NFL.  The 49ers might be one of the worst.  Divisional match ups are always tougher, but the gap in talent is significant.  When you can put up points on offense, defense, and special teams, you are a GREAT football team.  The 49ers are going to struggle throughout this season, and their loss to the Steelers in week 2 was just a glimpse of what’s to come.  Cardinals win big.

Cardinals 29 49ers 16

49ers at Cardinals Tickets

Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks

The only team in the NFC that looks worse than the 49ers right now is the Bears, and now they are without Jay Cutler for a few games with a hamstring strain.  So up comes back up Jimmy Clausen, and now he has to play an angry 0-2 Seattle Seahawks team in Seattle.  Oh, and that vaunted Seahawks defense is getting safety Kam Chancellor back this week.  This game might be over at the coin flip

Seahawks 31 Bears 7

Bears at Seahawks Tickets

Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins are coming off an extremely disappointing, and sloppy loss to the Jaguars, where the offense couldn’t move the ball when it mattered, specifically in the running game.  The Bills come in fresh off their not as close as the score indicated loss to the Patriots, where they gave up over 500 yards in offense, the first time this has happened to a Rex Ryan defense.  Rex Ryan teams typically don’t perform well coming off games against the Patriots, and Ryan Tannehill plays well at home against Buffalo.

Dolphins 23 Bills 17

Bills at Dolphins Tickets

Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions

Peyton Manning had two performances on Thursday night last week.  One he’d like to forget about, and one that just adds to his legend.  He was allowed to run no huddle and attack the middle of the field like he is comfortable with, and sure enough the Broncos won.  It helps that the Broncos secondary might be the best in the league.  The Lions can’t get out of their own way, and now the health of Matthew Stafford is a concern.  This is a make or break game for the Lions if they want to compete in the NFC playoff picture.  I say they break.

Broncos 24 Lions 23

Broncos at Lions Tickets

Kansas City Chiefs at Green Bay Packers

Aaron Rodgers hasn’t thrown an interception at home since December 2nd, 2012.  Think about that for a second.  That is pure home field dominance.  After finally getting the Seahawks curse off their backs, the Packers welcome in the Chiefs, who gave the game to the Broncos with a series of poor coaching decisions and turnovers.  You can’t turn the ball over in Green Bay, because we know Aaron Rodgers won’t turn it over himself.  Packers win this one.

Week 2 of the NFL Season saw some big upsets, both in victory, and in defeat.

Week 2 of the NFL Season saw some big upsets, both in victory, and in defeat.

Following my 12-4 week 1, I followed up with a clunker, going 8-7 headed into tonight’s Monday Night game between the New York Jets and Indianapolis Colts.  That, in large part due to their being EIGHT upsets this week.  I’ve decided instead of summarizing each game, I’ll point to my biggest winners and losers for week two, as some teams go forward confidently, and others are left scrambling for answers.

Winners: Dallas Cowboys

It’s not often a team can lose it’s star wide receiver, and starting quarterback in back to back weeks, and somehow be winners, but when you start the season 2-0 and both wins are in the division, you have every reason to be confident.  A great performance from the Cowboys and their coaching staff in the victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Losers: Dallas Cowboys

Winners and losers in the same week?  Well, read above.  The Cowboys are without Tony Romo for at least two months as he has broken his left clavicle.  Already without Dez Bryant, and now without Romo, the Cowboys hand the ball to Brandon Weeden.  This could get ugly quickly.

Losers: Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles

The only team left feeling worse than the Cowboys after this game were the Eagles and their fans, who now look at Chip Kelly and question every radical offseason decision he made.  Sam Bradford looks lost, DeMarco Murray watched his old team chug along without him, while he can’t even get 10 yards in a game.

Winners: New England Patriots

Deflategate?  Depleted secondary?  Doesn’t matter much when you have Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski on the field.  Brady was masterful in a hostile environment against a head coach who usually plays him tough.  One of Brady’s best performances today.

Losers: AFC East

The Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, and New York Jets all made big splashes via trades and free agency, while the Patriots seemed to sit back and do nothing.  Many experts saw this as the chance for someone to overtake the Patriots.  The Bills and Dolphins came up empty on Sunday, while the Patriots look like they haven’t missed a beat.

Winners: Atlanta Falcons

There may not be a better wide receiver in the NFL than Julio Jones, who continues his torrid pace in 2015.  First year head coach Dan Quinn has brought an attitude and confidence to Atlanta that had been lacking under Mike Smith, and a 2-0 start is a great way to build on the installed confidence.

Losers: New York Giants

The Giants are the first team in NFL history to blow double digit leads in consecutive games to open a season in NFL history.  Offense look uncomfortable, and the defense looks soft.  Pressure mounting for head coach Tom Coughlin and quarterback Eli Manning.

Winners: Arizona Cardinals

Getting off to a 2-0 start is great.  Getting off to a 2-0 start and getting contributions from offense, defense, and special teams shows a complete team with depth.  The key for Arizona rests on the health of Carson Palmer.  Palmer’s last 16 games – 365/568, 4,479 yards, 32 TDs, 12 INTs, 14-2 record.  Both of those losses were by 3 points.

Losers: New Orleans Saints

A revamped offense minus Jimmy Graham, and a defense many thought would be improved, the Saints just don’t look right.  This wouldn’t be as alarming had this been a road game, but the previously dominant Superdome Saints have been playing extremely poorly at home as of late.  Could this be the worst team in the NFC South?

Winners: Green Bay Packers

Revenge was on the mind for Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers, and they played a high quality game on both sides of the ball.  Rodgers at home is nearly untouchable, as he has gone 451 consecutive pass attempts without an interception.  The next closest?  Charlies Whitehurst with 169.

Losers: Seattle Seahawks

Back to back Super Bowl appearances, and an 0-2 start to the 2015 season.  There is plenty of time for the Seahawks to bounce back, especially with uncertainty around the Rams, 49ers, and the rest of the NFC Wild Card contenders.  But there are clear issues here, as the running game has been stagnant, and the defense has not performed like we’re used to seeing.

Winners: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After an embarrassing NFL debut, Jameis Winston showed poised and calm in hostile territory.  The Saints defensive schemes did nothing to frustrate the rookie.  The Buccaneers defense held up against the usually high powered Saints.  Stand out performance goes to defensive end Jacquies Smith, who had 3 sacks on Drew Brees.

Losers: Baltimore Ravens

Losing week 1 to the Broncos is understandable.  Losing week 2 to the Oakland Raiders is borderline unacceptable.  For a team that was a few plays away from the Super Bowl last year, they have come out looking soft on offense and defense.  Teams that start 0-2 historically do not make the playoffs.

Winners: Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos

Think people may have written off Peyton Manning a little early?  After a sluggish start, Peyton was masterful in leading his team from behind.  Sure, he was aided by coaching miscues by Andy Reid and fumbling from Jamaal Charles, but this victory isn’t possible without Peyton’s patented hurry up offense.

Be sure to keep your eyes out for my predictions for Week 3 which will be released on Wednesday.  As always, be sure to get your NFL Tickets right here at SelectATicket, and we’ll be sure to find you the right tickets, at the right price!

Russell Wilson faces Aaron Rodgers for the third time in his career on Sunday night, but the first time at Lambeau Field!

Russell Wilson faces Aaron Rodgers for the fourth time in his career on Sunday night, but the first time at Lambeau Field!

Week 1 of the NFL season is in the books, and after some surprises, and historic performances, the NFL season is in full swing like it never left us in the first place.  I had a strong week 1 in picks, going 12-4, with my losses being the Seahawks, Lions, and both Monday night games, as the Eagles and Vikings came up short.  I’ll take the good start, and hope to build on that in week 2!  Remember, tickets for all NFL games this week can be found right at SelectATicket.com – NFL Tickets.

Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs

Despite both teams winning, you’d think the Broncos got destroyed and that the Chiefs put up 50 points in week 1.  Peyton Manning looked poor, as did the entire Broncos offense.  However, the Broncos defense was impressive, and they will be bolstered by the return of TJ Ward.  The Chiefs offense looked like a well oiled machine, and now they come home to Arrowhead Stadium, one of the toughest in all of the NFL.  This game is going to be physical, and violent, and the Chiefs pass rush will force Peyton into some mistakes.  Alex Smith will connect with a wide receiver for a touchdown for the first time since week 15 of the 2013 season.

Chiefs 24 Broncos 20

Broncos at Chiefs Tickets

Tennessee Titans at Cleveland Browns

A historic NFL debut for quarterback Marcus Mariota against Tampa Bay, as he threw 4 touchdowns, all in the first half, including a touchdown pass on his first ever pass attempt.  The Titans look to build on, and continue to mask Mariota’s weaknesses, which goes a long way when you’re playing inferior teams.  The Browns fought hard early against the Jets, but ultimately did not have the offensive ability to do anything special.  The Titans won impressively in week 1 last year, and laid an egg for pretty much the rest of the season.  I expect the Browns to come out aggressive and angry for the home crowd and expose Mariota a bit.  This Browns defense is better than Tampa Bay’s, and it will make a difference.

Browns 18 Titans 13

Titans at Browns Tickets

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints

Divisional match ups are always harder to predict a winner for, but when it comes to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, it makes it a little easier.  A rough debut for first overall pick Jameis Winston, as his first NFL pass was a pick 6.  Lovie Smith usually has stout and prideful defenses, but he may be sporting the worst defense in the league.  The Saints lost a tough game to one of the best teams in the NFC, but I liked some of the things I saw from their offense.  Even if the Saints aren’t a playoff team, they’re leaps and bounds better than the Bucs.

Saints 34 Buccaneers 26

Buccaneers at Saints Tickets

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills

Think Rex Ryan has his team fired up for this one?  His approach toward the Bills and their fans in his first season as head coach in Buffalo is very similar to his first with the Jets.  The fans at Ralph Wilson Stadium didn’t sit down for the entire game against the Colts, and it clearly threw Andrew Luck off his game, as did their impressive defense.  On top of that, you had quality quarterback play from Tyrod Taylor.  But this is Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.  After their big NFL opening win over the Steelers, you can be sure Tom Brady and Bill Belichick want to stick to their loudest divisional rival.  This game will be close, but Tom Brady historically puts up big numbers at Ralph Wilson Stadium, and that will continue here.

Patriots 24 Bills 17

Patriots at Bills Tickets

Arizona Cardinals at Chicago Bears

A successful return to the field for Carson Palmer coming off an ACL tear.  The Cardinals offense and defense both played well in a victory over the New Orleans Saints.  They head to Soldier Field in Chicago to face a Bears team who played better than expected against the Packers.  John Fox seems to be the first person to realize that Matt Forte is a weapon and you should use him as much as possible.  Regardless, this is not a good Bears team, and as expected Jay Cutler was their undoing.  That will continue to be the case here.  I expect the Cardinals to jump out to a lead early and force Cutler to throw the ball a bit more, and that will prove to be the difference.

Cardinals 29 Bears 20

Cardinals at Bears Tickets

San Francisco 49ers at Pittsburgh Steelers

An upset victory for the 49ers on Monday night against the Vikings was something not many expected.  On the legs of second year running back Carlos Hyde, the 49ers took advantage of sloppy play by the Vikings on their way to a week one victory.  The Steelers offense moved the ball well against the Patriots, but the defense couldn’t stop the Patriots from moving the ball.  As an AFC favorite, I have a hard time seeing the Steelers getting out to an 0-2 start, and a harder time seeing them lose their home opener.  The Steelers will score and score often, and that’s when Colin Kaepernick’s flaws stand out.

Steelers 33 49ers 23

49ers at Steelers Tickets

St. Louis Rams at Washington Redskins

The Rams may have had the most impressive victory in week one, lighting up the Seahawks vaunted secondary.  Even more impressive was the Rams defense as they sacked Russell Wilson 6 times and hit him plenty more.  The Rams head to Washington to take on the Redskins who came up short in their opener against the Dolphins.  After an impressive first half, the Redskins faltered in every phase.  They couldn’t move the ball offensively, couldn’t stop the Dolphins defensively on big downs, and gave up a big punt return that ended up being the deciding factor.  When a team fails in all three phases in close games, it generally shows who they are, and the Redskins aren’t a good team.  However, the Rams may end up being a very, very good team.

Rams 36 Redskins 19

Rams at Redskins Tickets

San Diego Chargers at Cincinnati Bengals

Two potential AFC playoff teams who both had impressive victories in week one for different reasons.  The Chargers came out flat in the first half, getting lit up by the Lions before Philip Rivers and Keenan Allen turned it on in the second half cruising to a victory.  The Bengals looked head and shoulders better than the Raiders, which really isn’t saying all that much.  Andy Dalton has to avoid mistakes here, as I do believe the Bengals are the better team everywhere but the quarterback position.  The Bengals have one of the best home records in the league with Dalton as the starter, and I expect him to deliver a victory for the fans at Paul Brown Stadium here as well.

Bengals 23 Chargers 21

Chargers at Bengals Tickets

Houston Texans at Carolina Panthers

Bill O’Brien has made a spectacle of himself early on.  After waiting all of camp to name Brian Hoyer the starter, he flipped on himself in the second half, benching Hoyer for backup Ryan Mallet, and now naming Mallet the Texans starter.  Not a good look this early.  Another thing that did not look good early were the Texans and their hyped up defense, as they were lit up by Alex Smith and the Chiefs.  The Panthers grinded out a victory over the hapless Jaguars, forcing Blake Bortles into mistakes.  Cam Newton made enough plays to win the game, although his receivers did him no favors as their were way too many drops.  Mallet has the better upside than Hoyer and can more with his throws, but the Panthers are better at winning tight games.

Panthers 22 Texans 18

Texans at Panthers Tickets

Atlanta Falcons at New York Giants

No team had a more demoralizing loss in week one than the New York Giants, as they snatched defeated from the jaws of victory with poor coaching and execution on both offense and defense.  The Falcons got Dan Quinn an impressive victory in his head coaching debut, as Julio Jones lit up the Eagles secondary, and Matt Ryan made enough throws to not lose the game.  The Giants need to forget about the loss to the Cowboys and look at the good things they did in the game.  People are high on the Falcons, but I think Tom Coughlin will have his guys ready to rebound.  After his worst game since he started his career, Odell Beckham Jr. will light up the Falcons defense.

Giants 27 Falcons 24

Falcons at Giants Tickets

Detroit Lions at Minnesota Vikings

Very disappointing openers for both of these teams for very different reasons.  The Vikings were never in control and never seemed to have a chance.  Terrible execution and playcalling, and misuse of Adrian Peterson plagued them.  The Lions got out to a hot start but unraveled, as Matthew Stafford’s road woes continued.   We saw some great things from rookie back Ameer Abdullah, and I think the Lions will realize just how good of a player they have as the season goes on.  I expect a big game from Abdullah and Golden Tate here, as the Vikings go back to the drawing board.

Lions 26 Vikings 22

Lions at Vikings Tickets

Baltimore Ravens at Oakland Raiders

The Raiders fans had hope coming into this season, only to see it blow up in their faces pretty quickly.  Poor defense, poor offense, poor everything.  Losing quarterback Derek Carr after 12 passes didn’t help, but this game looked decided on early.  The Ravens played great defense but poor offense against the Broncos.  The lack of a vertical threat hurt them against the talented coverage team of the Broncos.  Thankfully, the Raiders do not have a particularly talented secondary.  John Harbaugh teams do no perform poorly in back to back weeks generally.  I expect the Raiders to cruise here, big game from Justin Forsett.

Ravens 33 Raiders 17

Ravens at Raiders Tickets

Miami Dolphins at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Dolphins did not play well in the first half, but from the 2 minute warning into the second half, they executed well in important spots, converted key third downs, and had a huge punt return for a touchdown by Jarvis Landry.  The Dolphins will hope to get out to a hot start and put pressure on second year quarterback Blake Bortles.  Bortles does not play well under pressure, and plays even worse with his team from behind.  The Dolphins secondary is too much and their defensive line should be able to contain the running game of Jacksonville.  The Jaguars will turn the ball over too many times and Miami will take over as the game goes on.

Dolphins 28 Jaguars 13

Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles

Tony Romo stuck a dagger in the heart of his detractors and Giants fans everywhere, with a beautiful, perfect game winning drive that ended with a Jason Witten touchdown pass.  The Cowboys played as sloppy a game as you can play and still came out victorious.  They will now be faced with playing games without star wide receiver Dez Bryant for the next 4-8 weeks.  The offensive line in Dallas is good enough to make up for this, but they need their defense to step up as well.  They are tasked with facing the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.  The Eagles came out flat against the Falcons, and the offensive style of Chip Kelly backfired as he couldn’t get his newly high paid running back DeMarco Murray in a rhythm.  The Eagles disappointed me more than any team in week one, and I think they’ll let everyone down again.  Dallas wins this one, and people will start to wonder just how good Dallas can be.

Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers

The last three times these teams met, the games were in Seattle.  Two of the last three times these teams met, the games ended in shocking, controversial fashion.  The “Fail Mary” game of 2012, and the NFC Championship game of last year.  Quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers will square off for the first time in Green Bay, and you can bet the Packers have revenge on their minds.  The Seahawks played as poorly as they could in week one, poor defense, and poor offensive play calling and special teams being their undoing.   The Packers played a clean, quality game against the Bears, and Aaron Rodgers continued his home field dominance, where he hasn’t thrown an interception since week 12 of the 2013 season.  The absence of Kam Chancellor will continue to haunt the Seahawks, as the Packers get a victory of a team that has been haunting them for three years.

New York Jets at Indianapolis Colts

The Jets got off to a nice start with a dominating win over the Browns.  Despite mistakes from Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Jets made big plays when it mattered on both sides, and pounded the ball with Chris Ivory.  Defensively, the Jets did what you expect from them, containing the run and giving the wide receivers no room to breath.  However, that was Josh McCown/Johnny Manziel the Jets were facing.  Now they will be facing Andrew Luck in front of his home crowd.  Andrew Luck laid an egg on Sunday.  The entire Colts team did.  But Andrew Luck doesn’t lay eggs in back to back games.  In fact, he is yet to lose back to back regular season games in his NFL career.  The Jets will make this tough and physical early, but Andrew Luck is too good, and too aggressive to not put his team ahead in this game.  Once the Colts are ahead, the Fitzpatrick mistakes will come, and that’s when the Jets will unravel.  In his career, when his team gives up 20 points or more, Ryan Fitzpatrick is 5-43.  The Colts will score more than 20.
