Eli ManningAfter an 0-6 start, the New York Giants have rattled off 4 consecutive victories.

Today Eli Manning and the Giants take on a bitter NFC East foe in the Dallas Cowboys at MetLife Stadium.

A victory by New York would push them into a 2nd place tie with Dallas as both teams would be 5-6.

Philadelphia is holding on to first place and has a bye this week.

The Washington Redskins are in 4th place with a record of 3-7 thus far.

While the Giants are proud to have climbed back into the race, there are detractors pointing out they did so by putting together victories against teams using backup quarterbacks. But aren’t those the games they’re supposed to win?

Those same people would be blasting the team if they lost any of those 4 games.

A win is a win and now the Giants are looking to make it 5 in a row against Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys.

Following this game, the Giants only have two home games remaining:

  • December 15 vs Seattle Seahawks
  • December 29 vs Washington Redskins

Fans looking to make it to MetLife Stadium this season don’t have many opportunities left, visit today for NY Giants tickets.

Giants Running Back Andre BrownThe New York Giants take on the Green Bay Packers this Sunday at MetLife Stadium. Fans can still get seats, even VIP tickets, for this matchup of two of the oldest NFL franchises.

The Giants enter the contest riding a three game winning streak after starting off the season 0-6. As a result of the recent hot streak, the Giants are slowing re-inserting themselves into the race for the NFC East title. What is usually the league’s high profile division is seeing its respective teams struggle this season. The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles are currently tied for first place with a record of only 5-5. The Giants and Redskins follow with matching 3-6 records.

A win versus Green Bay would push the Giants one step closer to the division lead. Dallas has a bye this week and the Eagles face the Redskins in a divisional showdown which could either set the Redskins fall further out of the race or jump right back into it, as well.

The Giants have a great opportunity this week as Green Bay enters the game minus their star quarterback Aaron Rodgers who is nursing a fractured collarbone. Backup quarterback Seneca Wallace is also out for the Packers, leaving the starting duty to third stringer Scott Tolzien.

Tolzien stepped in last week versus Philadelphia and threw 24 for 39 for 280 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.

While any team can win on any given Sunday, the Giants face an opponent missing one of the best quarterbacks in the league and replacing him with a player who is making his first ever NFL start.

This is a great chance for Big Blue to tighten the race in the NFC East!
