Rain: A Tribue to The Beatles Coming to Broadway

Rain: A Tribute to The Beatles is on its way to the Neil Simon Theatre in New York City for a limited time. Performances will begin on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 and will run for only 11 weeks through Sunday, January 2, 2011. Now is your chance to be a part of over 1 million fans who have already seen Rain, one of the best tribute bands of The Beatles.

Rain The Beatles tribute band formed in the 1970s. In 1979 they were hired by Dick Clark to record the music for Birth of the Beatles, a made for TV Movie about the band. They have been touring since the mid 70′s, and now more than 30 years later they will be performing on the Broadway stage to delight audiences with the music of The Beatles.

Rain’s performance on Broadway has a bigger goal than to just cover some of the most famous songs by The Beatles, but also to enhance them and bring them to a whole new level. The tribute will be performing songs that The Beatles themselves have never performed live. Their intention while playing these songs is to play them exactly how the records sound.
